The Mystic Unicorn Set comes with 1500 beads in 24 colours, template sheets and instructions.
Following the template sheet, place the beads onto the tray to create your design. Using the sprayer, spray water onto the beads to make them magically stick together! When the bead creations are completely dry after 60 minutes, carefully take the creation off from the tray and decorate onto the creation display with design pegs. You can also make wearable charms with your Aquabeads unicorns by using the included key chain accessories and colour straps.

What our experts think
This fun and easy to use creative set was a hit with our testers. It sparked their imaginations as they began discussing how unicorns are magical creatures, and quickly decided what designs they were going to use. Children could follow the ideas that came in the instruction guide, but the set also allowed them to be creative and come up with their own designs.
Some of our testers worked together to create their unicorns, which was a great opportunity for them to develop their communication and teamwork skills. The children had to carefully place the small beads onto the pegs in certain patterns to create their designs, promoting many skills including hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills and concentration. Our testers were engaged for long periods of time as they focused intently on what they were doing, and once their designs were complete, the children enjoyed spraying the beads with water and left them to dry and stick together.
The set was enjoyed by children of different ages. While the younger children (around 4-5 years) needed some help from an adult or older sibling, overall everyone found the experience fun and engaging, and were reluctant to stop playing.
