Description

The Joie Spin 360 ISOFix car seat is suitable from birth to 18kg – that’s around 4 years of age. The 360⁰ spin turns to either side for easy access when placing a child in the car seat.

Extended Rear Facing
The Joie 360 Spin car seat begins as a rear-facing car seat up to 18kg. Keeping baby rear-facing for longer is the safest way to travel. Turn the ISOFix car seat 180⁰ for a forward-facing car seat suitable from 9-18kg.

Grow Together
The Grow-Together multi-height headrest and harness adjust simultaneously, so there’s no need to rethread the harness. A removable Grow-with-me infant body and head support provide extra support for newborns.

ISOFix
The streamlined ISOFix-installed base makes the Joie 360 Spin car seat one of the smallest spinning car seats available. Green indicators show when the ISOFix car seat has been securely fastened to the car. The adjustable load leg also features a green indicator to help you find the safest fit for your car type.

What our testers said

“Such a quick seat to move from vehicle to another, with easy guide to whether it’s installed correctly.” – Mum of 2 year-old

“Being able to rotate the seat is very handy for putting our boy in his seat. It also meant if we were stopped somewhere whilst one of us popped into a shop or such, the other could sit with our boy turned round towards us to try and occupy him.” – Mum of 1 year-old

What our experts think

The Joie 360 Spin car seat is the ideal car seat to grow with your child. The handy turning system makes it much easier to get your baby or toddler out of the car, even in tight parking spaces, without straining your back. It also switches easily between front- and rear-facing, to suit your child’s changing needs.

The cover is machine washable, although you may be worried about putting it back on correctly afterward, as this can be quite tricky. This instruction video may be helpful to watch before removing it, so you can be confident it’s attached correctly after washing. The cover is also wipe-clean for most day-to-day spills.

The seat feels very safe and sturdy, especially with the included ISOFIX base and adjustable load leg. It’s a little heavy so is best if you’re planning to keep your car seat in one car for most of the time. It can’t be removed and attached to a pushchair, which means you will need a separate pushchair, but does save you from needing to re-install the car seat each time. This is best suited to a baby or toddler that will settle fairly easily after being moved.

Installing the seat takes a bit of practice, but once you’ve got the hang of it, it’s fairly easy to do. Some retailers will show you how to install it the first time and there is also a really useful green indicator to show it’s been installed correctly.
