The great thing about the Mechanics Challenge Goal set is that it encourages a creative approach to problem-solving which has many learning benefits. It teaches perseverance and logical thinking by encouraging children to follow steps in putting together a working mechanism.
Our testers were also very impressed by the mechanics of how the game works once built and the children enjoyed taking it in turns to challenge each other with how far they could launch the ball. They did find the balls rolled better when launched on a hard floor rather than on carpet.
