Simply turn the Playnest over to reveal a padded seating area to support an older baby in a sitting position, enabling them to reach out and explore safely. There are eight multi-sensory features around the Playnest to stimulate touch, vision and hearing.

What our testers said

“Easy to set up and is nice and colourful.” Mum of a 10 week old

“We definitely want one for home.” Mum of a 3 month old

What our experts think

This is a colourful playnest that grows with baby – we liked how it started as a nest for baby to lie in and, as their muscles developed, turned into a place for them to sit and play.  Our little testers liked reaching out for the toys – there was a high degree of concentration during this activity! Reaching and kicking strengthens muscles in baby’s arms and legs which promotes progression to crawling and walking and development of important gross and fine motor skills. The different multi-sensory features around the playnest provide opportunities for developing eye focus, dexterity and colour recognition, which stimulate and prepare baby for exploring the world around them.

Our slightly older tester (10 months) loved sitting in the nest and being pulled along!  She also liked the way in which she could get in and out of it. The fact that young babies can be secured in the nest gives parents peace of mind, and the handle makes it easy to move around.
