The Spinning UFO toy was a huge success with our little testers. They loved the vibrant colours and found the popping shapes very exciting, wanting to play over and over again. Some children did need help pushing the blocks into their slots, however this didn’t detract from the giggles that happened once the shapes popped out! We liked the way that the shapes could be used to develop colour and shape recognition in young children (one of our testers had an older sibling who really enjoyed naming the colours and shapes). Manipulating the shapes is good for the children’s hand-eye coordination, and the parents commented on how they could see their children’s skills improving as they played.
