Description
Take the cup from my left flipper and fill it with baby bubble bath and water. Tip my head back and pour in the magical moussey mix! Place my octopus friend into the chair, then pull my lever arm backwards and forwards for some hair-styling fun! Watch as the foam curls out onto my little friend’s head. Take the comb from my left flipper to add the finishing touch.
Give octopus a squeeze to blow the foam away – dip him in the bath and use him as a turtle squirter! Time for another new hairdo! Suction cups attach to wall tiles or bath sides.

What our experts think
Toomies Turtle Salon provides a great way of encouraging imaginative play at bathtime. As soon as our testers saw the colourful turtle, they smiled. Once they were shown how to pump the foam, they loved using this in their role-play as they pretended to be a hairdresser. This kind of play is great for developing children’s understanding of the world around them as they can act out and make sense of different real-life scenarios they may have seen.
Imaginative play also builds creativity and storytelling skills, which is good for a developing vocabulary. This toy is great for reluctant hair-washers, as it can act as a distraction or a way to make the process more fun!
