What our experts think
The cute and engaging Botley® is the perfect way of introducing children to coding and programming, as they work out how to plan the robot’s route and solve problems along the way. Our testers found it easy to learn how to use, with the cards great for helping to plan where Botley® will go and teaching key programming instructions such as sequence, selection and repetition.
Equipping children with skills in STEM at a young age builds their confidence and helps them to develop towards more advanced coding challenges – in turn challenging their creativity and communication skills. Playing the suggested games was also great fun – parents loved how the children didn’t even realise how much they were learning whilst playing.
