What is it
With ‘I Learn Maths’ children learn counting, adding and subtracting. They learn to recognise numbers, find numbers to match pictures, learn the sums and expand their knowledge. All sums have been carefully chosen and are in line with the curriculum of four year old.
The cards follow a logical sequence, becoming progressively more difficult. The games that your child can play with the ‘I Learn Maths’ are; We’re going to count! We’re going to add them up! We’re going to subtract them! Which number is missing? Which number should be here? and Which number is twice as much?
In the box you will find 15 cards, with 83 exercises on with 6 different levels; counting, adding, subtracting, recognise numbers, read numbers, and multiplying by 2. All cards and pieces can be neatly packed away in the carry case, so children can easily take the game when on the move.
Learn to count, adding and subtracting in a fun way. The specially designed number system ensures that children can practice independently at home. There are…

What our experts think
The ‘I learn maths’ set is a great aid for enhancing children’s basic maths skills. Our testers enjoyed using it and we liked the fact that there is a good number of cards, meaning that children don’t just learn the answers. There was also a good element of progression meaning that the set ‘grows’ with your child’s ability. The cards were numbered and colour coded so parents could easily find the level for their child – they also had clear objectives on the top. The tiles were a good size for children; the most time consuming part was returning the tiles to the correct parts in the case (but the children enjoyed this part of sorting and classifying!).
