What our experts think
This is a fantastic play set for little ones, great for encouraging movement and exploration. Children laughed and clapped as they crawled through the course and played with the many interactive parts. At this age children have a short attention span so a toy like this with so many different play opportunities is great for keeping them engaged – parents can also redesign the course to keep it novel.
Encouraging movement helps develop coordination and balance while strengthening arm and leg muscles, supporting children learning to crawl and walk. The interactive parts promote curiosity, helping children learn about cause and effect and contributing to their understanding of the world.
EYFS goals supported
Physical development – “Crawls, bottom shuffles or rolls continuously to more around.”
Understanding the world – “Explores objects by linking together different approaches: shaking, hitting, looking, feeling, tasting, mouthing, pulling, turning and poking.”
