What our experts think
My Little World provides children with fun environments to create and explore, promoting both art and design and imaginative play. Our testers loved that the packaging and 90% of the contents are eco-friendly. The designs are beautifully presented, appealing to a range of ages and the set of colouring pencils included lasted really well before needing to be sharpened.
Some of the younger children needed a little help with cutting out the pictures, but through practising their cutting, they strengthen the necessary muscles in their hands and develop their dexterity. The children also included the finished cutouts into their role-play, flying the planes around. The stories besides the pictures encouraged the whole family to interact together and were great for encouraging older children to practice their reading. One child even spotted that some of the picture could be used to play spot the difference which transformed the colouring into a game, this was a hit!
