What is it
As Phil spins, players must get their food into the correct holes, but watch out for Phil’s door flying open.
Phil The Fridge spins around stopping to let each player push the correct shaped food pieces in through his holes. Every so often, Phil will open his door and some of the food pieces will fall out. Quick, get filling before Phil goes for another spin!
The winner is the player who gets all their coloured food shapes into the fridge first.

What our experts think
Phil the Fridge is a lovely simple game for younger children – the instructions are easy to follow so they can just focus on the fun of playing! Our testers particularly enjoyed it when the fridge span, and laughed when the items fell out.
Group games like Phil the Fridge are a great way to encourage children to play together, practising valuable social skills such as turn taking and learning about friendly competition. Slotting the food pieces into the slots adds the challenge of shape matching and hand-eye coordination too.
