What is it
Planets is a brainteaser puzzle by Recent Toys where you have to turn the planets (balls) in such a way that each side of the pyramid has the same colour. A planet can only be turned if it is in the right position with the other planets, if not the planet will get stuck!
How fast can you match up all the colours of the planets!

What our experts think
The Planets puzzle was a very popular toy and had children really focused on trying to solve it – they just loved the challenge! We like that the puzzle was difficult enough for children to enjoy, without being impossible. Children needed to think about and apply solutions to match the colours, helping develop logical thinking and problem solving skills. As the puzzle required multiple attempts to finish it, it also encouraged children to persevere until they had managed to complete it.
It would be even better if...
The instructions weren’t very clear, so children needed some clarification from an adult before they knew what to do.
