What our experts think
The Playfoam® Pals Fantasy Friends allow children to create their own imaginative worlds through sensory play. This exploration of different tactile elements, textures, sounds and smells is not only great for developing dexterity and hand-eye coordination, but can also enhance memory, problem-solving skills and provide opportunities for calming and managing emotions.
Our testers loved the pocket-size nature of the figures and enjoyed making all sorts of things out of the playfoam, including a see-saw and a bed for their pet. The little characters provide a springboard for small world play which is fantastic for developing creativity and storytelling skills. It also provides children with the opportunity to act out and make sense of different scenarios, which helps their personal, social and emotional development.
