What is it
Capture any dinosaurs that come your way in the cage on board and use tools such as the grappling hook or sword to keep your boat safe from intruders. The boat floats, has rotating propellers at the rear, a ramp which can be folded out and the cage is detachable. The set contains two figures with accessories and two raptors, and the boat offers plenty of storage space.
The set is compatible with the Explorer Vehicle With Stegosaurus and with the Enemy Quad with Triceratops. (This is sold separately)
Upgrade this set with the underwater motor (sold separately) to propel the floating boat through water.
Can be combined with:
7350 Underwater Motor
9432 Explorer Vehicle With Stegosaurus
9434 Enemy Quad with Triceratops

What our experts think
The children enjoyed every aspect of this set. They especially liked the dinosaurs. We loved the way the set encouraged storytelling and we were impressed by the imagination displayed by our testers! Acting out different scenarios is good for personal, social and emotional development as it allows children to make sense of different situations and the world around them. Imaginative play also promotes creativity.
We found that this was a great toy for encouraging cooperative play and many of our testers played with their peers. This builds social and communication skills, which are important for team work and group tasks. The toy also doubles up as a bath (or paddling pool) toy as the children took their adventures to the open waters! There was a lot of adult help needed to assemble but, once built, it was intuitive to play with. Our only criticism is that the hook did fall off quite easily.
