What is it
The Playmobil Porsche 911 GT3 Cup has working headlights, rear lights and dashboard for ultimate racing in the day and night. The roof can be removed for quick access to the racing cabin and comes with a racing seat and full roll cage to protect the driver.
The team are busy analysing the car’s performance from their laptops, while the pit crew are readying the tyre change using the supplied hand drill. The board changes from ‘stop’ to ‘go’ and the car is back out on the track; at the end of the race, the winner stands on the podium and collects his trophy!
Comes complete with 2 Playmobil figures and lots of racing accessories.

What our experts think
The children were excited to play with this racing car straight away! It’s sturdy, features working lights and the attention to detail was amazing. The instructions to assemble it were clear and easy to follow, but required adult input; the mirrors were particularly difficult to attach.
The many accessories were a big hit, with our testers enjoying setting the scene before immersing themselves in the world of racing – engaging in lots of imaginative play, great for building storytelling skills. This kind of creative role play is also good for personal, social and emotional development as it allows children to act out different scenarios and make sense of them. We saw obstacles on the road, punctures, police chases, crashes, driving in ‘dark places’ and races with the aim of being the winner! This also develops children’s understanding of the world around them, as they re-enact real life scenarios they may have seen, also allowing them to build their vocabulary.
