What is it
The Skip Hop Explore and More Amazing Arch Activity Gym is bursting with dynamic friends, including a hooting owl, a musical hedgehog, a dancing fox and more! Position the arch overhead for newborn exploration, then bring it down for tummy time or to convert to a seated floor activity centre.
Slip your phone in behind the mirror to record those special milestones or let grandma observe the action from afar. Baby will think he’s looking at a mirror– and not your camera– which means you’ll capture some truly amazing moments.

What our experts think
This activity gym has lots of sensory toys to keep babies entertained, with a mix of music, noises, movement, lights and colours – the dancing fox was the most popular! This sensory stimulation helps capture baby’s attention, improving concentration. The mirror also develops emotional understanding, as babies can see their expressions (such as their smiles).
We love that the angle of the arch can be easily adjusted, so it can be changed to suit the different stages of babyhood (and is a perfect distraction during tummy time, which some babies don’t enjoy!). Reaching for the toys strengthens arm muscles as well as hand-eye coordination. The phone pocket to capture baby’s smiles seems like a nice idea, but our testers didn’t think they would use it very often.
