Reviews are an essential part of any marketing plan, but comprehensive evaluation by experts in child development and play, as well as by children themselves, will make your reviews, and in turn, your products, stand out from the crowd.
Our rigorous evaluation process means that our stamp of approval is highly sought after in the industry, as well as well recognised and trusted by parents.
Products which meet our criteria are awarded a place in The Good Toy Guide, and the use of the stamp, which can be leveraged across packaging, PR, retail, events and much more, giving your brands a real point of difference.

Why should I choose a Strategic Product Evaluation
Firstly, it can give you greater insight into your product. This means that you can talk about the strengths and benefits with more confidence when pitching to stakeholders or marketing to consumers. You can also quote the report to add credibility by using our independent, expert voice to endorse your product.
Secondly, a strategic report can help make your product the best it can be, with recommendations for development from our experts. This includes usability, engagement, and skill development where relevant.

What is included in a Strategic Product Report?
As with our accreditations, the product is tested with multiple children, parents, and childcarers as appropriate. You’ll also benefit from free FastTrack testing and, if your product meets the minimum standards, it will be featured in the Good Toy Guide and the gateway is open for a range of other support.
Strategic product reports vary in length depending on the feedback we receive for your product but are typically around 2,000-3,000 words long.

Types of Submission
STRATEGIC PRODUCT REPORT
Detailed findings on child engagement, ease of use, skill development, and inclusivity; with additional analysis and recommendations for development from an expert in child development and user experience.
BASIC PRODUCT REPORT
Basic report detailing ratings on child engagement, ease of use, and skill development.
FAST TRACK PRODUCT REPORT
Same Product Report depth as the Standard Product Report, but with a maximum 3-week turnaround.
