Our testers enjoyed exploring the different sensory features on the doll and the pictures on the material. Very quickly, they began playing imaginatively, creating simple stories, taking the doll on adventures and caring for her as they played. Many incorporated her into their everyday pretend play, developing her character, putting her in familiar scenarios and acting out different routines. This blend of practical activities and creative storytelling helped keep children engaged for extended periods of time.
As well as encouraging creativity and imaginative thinking, the set supports the development of fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, problem-solving and concentration. Practising intricate finger movements through play can help children build confidence with important self-care skills, such as fastening clothes and dressing independently, while also encouraging patience and perseverance as they master new challenges.
