What our testers said

What our experts think
Arckit Eco is a building kit that allows lots of creative freedom while supporting children in developing skills in design, architecture and engineering. As they follow the instructions to build a structure or experiment with designing their own, children are learning important logical thinking and problem-solving skills to bring their ideas to life and ensure their creation is structurally sound.
The children are also able to use the cut-out components provided to layout the home in different ways, which in addition to engaging them creatively, helps them to think visually and engage with design and space. Additionally, when used in an educational setting, the building kit encourages discussion around eco-friendly concepts and why they are important, such as using wind turbines and reusable components.
While children require some assistance from an adult or older children to add more complex aspects to their build, such as extra storeys or roof parts, with this support they are able to use perseverance and tenacity to complete their design.
