Our testers found the instructions a little overwhelming at first, but once the game was set up, the rules quickly became much easier to follow. Before long, the children were playing confidently with little support, reminding each other of the rules as they took turns. As they played, children developed logical thinking, problem solving and turn taking skills, while enjoying the friendly competition. Although suitable from age 6+, we feel children aged 8+ would get the most from the strategic elements, allowing them to plan ahead and think more strategically.
