What our expert thinks
The Playdate in a Box is a brilliant way to really grab your child’s imagination; just open the box and watch their creativity flow! Our testers loved all of the boxes and really enjoyed exploring the costumes and accessories that each one held. The costumes were well made and the boxes were well thought out; the only criticism is that our testers would have liked to have had more stickers.
The sets provided plenty of opportunities for children to interact socially and play together – there were lots of laughs and giggles as the children took on their roles. We liked the fact that the box wasn’t just about dressing up; the other elements added another dimension to the theme and enabled the children to practise and develop other skills such as speech and language. There was also the opportunity for adult interaction and direction to extend the children’s learning.
