The Plus-Plus Learn to Build Space Superset gives children plenty of opportunities to explore space through guided and open-ended construction. With 1,000 pieces, baseplates, wheels and hubs, our testers could create 2D mosaics and 3D models including rockets, astronauts, planets and other space-themed designs.
Our testers enjoyed following the step-by-step guides before experimenting with their own ideas, combining colours and pieces to create new space scenes and structures. Working out how the pieces connected and how to make larger builds stable encouraged concentration, problem-solving and trial-and-error learning.
The variety of pieces and space theme helped spark imaginative play, while the simple interlocking design allowed children to build, take apart and start again. A versatile construction set that supports fine motor development, spatial awareness, creativity and focused play, with plenty of scope for children to develop their own ideas
