Terms and Conditions

 

1. Selection Time Period

The winner of the survey voucher will be selected four working weeks after the survey closes.

 

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom ONLY and over the age of 18.

 

3. Prize Shipping

The voucher cannot be sent anywhere other than in the UK. The voucher will be sent as an e-voucher, over email.

 

4. Winner Selection and Notification

ONE winner will be randomly selected and will be notified by email four working weeks after the survey closes.

 

5. Claiming Prize

The winner will have two weeks from the date of notification to respond and claim their prize. If a winner fails to claim their prize within this period, a new winner will be selected.

 

6. Sponsor Responsibilities

Please note that Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or any third-party platform used to host and promote this survey, is not responsible for sponsors that do not fulfil their prize. The prize will be provided by Dr. Gummer’s Good Play Guide and they will be responsible for fulfilment.

 

7. Substitution of Unfulfilled Items

In the unlikely event that the original voucher cannot be fulfilled, we will notify and award the winner with a suitable alternative. No cash alternative will be given.

 

8. Data Collection and Sharing

By participating in this survey through entry points, you agree to submit your details, which will be collected by Dr Gummer’s Good Play Guide ONLY for research and marketing purposes and legitimate interests only. Should you no longer wish for us to store your details, you will have the option to unsubscribe from any electronic mail we send you OR you may send us a message at web@goodplayguide.com to request deletion of your details.

We are interested in identifying your opinions on these topics. Additionally, we would like to gather insights into how your child engages with learning materials. Your feedback is highly valued and will help us improve our understanding of the factors that affect children’s experiences.
