How to Play

Have you got any old CD’s or DVD’s. Why not get some coloured ribbon, glue, sequins and jewels and let children make their very own sun catchers. Let them get creative and enjoy a sense of achievement when they hang their designs out in the garden or around the house to sparkle in the sunlight. This activity will teach children about recycling and how materials can be re-used to make something new.

Before you start, lightly rub sandpaper on the surface of the CD or DVD, which will help the decorations adhere.
