What our experts think

Engaging for all ages, Little Alchemists offered our testers a level playing field where everyone could enjoy the challenges of the game.

The children soon discovered that logical thinking was key to the game as players used their powers of deduction to work out which ingredients would create the correct potions. They also learnt to plan ahead to ensure they met customer demands.

Resilience was encouraged, as not every attempt at potion making was successful, teaching children to adapt and refine their strategies. Managing money added another layer of real-world learning, as players decided whether to spend or save their coins for future ingredients.

Some of the children became really immersed in the game, roleplaying and taking on the personas of witches and wizards as they brewed their potions.

The app integration enhanced game play, adding variety and anticipation, with players eagerly waiting to see if their ingredient combinations were correct. The game’s design ensures durability, with clever slot together components that made setup straightforward, and it was easy to dismantle and pack away.

With elements of problem solving, creativity, strategic thinking and planning, Little Alchemists was exciting and educational, fun and rewarding. Popular among all of our testers.
